Follow these rules to make sure your shipments are handled properly.

  • Visibly damaged shipments will be accepted. We will photograph the damage and notify the proper contact.
  • The shipper must pay all charges. Summit will not accept cash-on-delivery shipments on your behalf.
  • International shipments must be marked as “Free Domicile.”
  • Summit has the right to inspect the contents of all shipments.
  • Shipments must be picked up or installed within three business days to avoid fees.
  • Summit will not accept liability on a shipment without an associated ticket.
  • Summit is not liable for missing or damaged equipment.
  • Lost package claims must be made within five business days of package receipt.
