Here’s how to ship your IT equipment to a Summit data center.

You must provide notice for all incoming shipments at least 24 hours in advance. Please include the following information via support@summithq.com:

Follow these rules to make sure your shipments are handled properly.
- Visibly damaged shipments will be accepted. We will photograph the damage and notify the proper contact.
- The shipper must pay all charges. Summit will not accept cash-on-delivery shipments on your behalf.
- International shipments must be marked as “Free Domicile.”
- Summit has the right to inspect the contents of all shipments.
- Shipments must be picked up or installed within three business days to avoid fees.
- Summit will not accept liability on a shipment without an associated ticket.
- Summit is not liable for missing or damaged equipment.
- Lost package claims must be made within five business days of package receipt.
